Dark Matter bubbles growing first, or Galaxies, after the big bang?

According to Quantum FFF Theory, the big bang was the splitting and evaporation of the former Big Crunch Dark Matter based Black Hole into different sized super symmetric chunks of smaller dark matter black holes, able to form Herbig Haro systems with star and later galaxies in between two or more black hole chunks. ( see second image.)
Now, the opposite seems to be observed by the Subaru HSC. leading to this article:

New Map of Dark Matter Spanning 10 Million Galaxies Hints at a Flaw in Our Physics
see: THIS
see also image below: It looks as if Dark Matter concentrations are growing between 6 Gy and 3 Gys. However what we see is the result of galaxy DM lensing !! So if galaxies are later formed than DMatter bubbles, ( as predicted by Quantum FFF Theory) than this image should be reversed . !! see text quote: Visualisation of the dark matter map (lighter = more dark matter) based on the lensing produced by galaxies, indicated by white lines.
