The butterfly vector vacuum around all Fermion repelling black holes

The Butterfly oscillating Vector Casimir Vacuum seems to be able to transfer the Plasma Gas bubble fully into an electric Ringed Plasma Discs. and  a spiral but focused jet, Parallel with Solar Birkeland currents (according to Quantum-FFF Theory.)
