The Creation of Interference Micro Black Hole Nuclei called Sprites or massless fuzzballs

Micro Black Hole Nuclei called Sprites seem to be created above Thunderclouds. (see video)
First batch fireballs are going UP, before falling DOWN. due to electric charge differences during flight and growing plasma shell ( forming ice: also called Cryometeor) around the sprite nucleus.
