The Polar Ring Structure of Atomic Nucleons ( the Q-FFF Model solution)

Atom nucleons should have an unknown structure, based on the so called EMC Effect ( 1983)
From a CERN observation, of 1983, it can be inferred that the quark momentum distributions in nucleons bound inside nuclei are different from those of free nucleons.
