Two concentric storage rings with mutual electric charged laser based ring change channels producing Centrifugal Force for spaceflight.
EMEC means Electron Muon Electron conversion. The mass difference between Electrons and Muon are supposed to be able by mutual electric charged laser conversion and ring changing to produce a centrifugal force enough to accelerate the Craft in space.
Together with Electricity production inside the craft, this system will be able to independently operate for space transportation.
