NO equivalence between Gravitational and Inertial Mass ( black hole mass and atomic mass)

NO equivalence between Gravitational and Inertial Mass of black holes.
According to Q-FFF Theory, Black Holes have NO inertial mass, only gravitational mass, by the inflow of energetic oscillating vacuum particles.

Why? Because black hole nuclei are assumed to be String Nuclei instead of atoms.

How Both masses are created both, Atom nuclei and Black Hole nuclei.

If Ball Lightning an Comets have black hole nuclei then we see differences with Super Nova and normal matter stars.

If Galaxies are speckled with black holes of different sizes, they have two sorts of gravity.!!! 

A: Casimir oscillation effect based Vacuum Pressure.

Inertia os based on the resistance of atoms with the vacuum and the Lorentz Polarization of each atom deformation ( pear shaped) 

The so called unresolved FLAT rotation of galaxies seems to be the result.

Comets and Ball Lightnings are still not understood interference micro black holes.

In String Theory called Q-FFF ( Quantum Function Follows Form) Theory all black holes are based on a compact string nucleus, 

with different numbers of strings. So: it is not a singularity.

There are micro black holes called comets and ball lightnings even Sprites and Elves.

Conclusion: there are different sorts of black holes (BHs);

A: Stellar Implosion BHs (Super Novas) with a nucleus of compacted strings.

B: Interference String Knot BHs also with a nucleus of compacted strings and made by Magnetic colliding photon knots, compressed by the local oscillating vacuum strings called Axions.
C: The Big Crunch/ Bang Black Hole, in balance with the decreasing pressure of the oscillating Axion vacuum impacts consumed by the latest BHs..

Recently Roger Penrose did speak about the logic of so called trapped space surfaces around black holes in his Noble speech which is the same as the light horizon in Q-FFF Theory..

3: Magnetic- and electric fields seem to include monopole particles ( respectively North South, or plus and minus)
4: Spinning Fermions produce monopole photons anti-gravitons e.m. Monopoles and electron/positron  monopoles, by collision of the oscillating vacuum particle.
5: Each string has at least one super symmetric mirror particle connected by long distance wormholes between  mirror symmetric raspberry shaped multiverses.
6: Both Black Holes a and b, repel fermions and create fermion pairs at their light horizon, which is the same as the Trapped Space Surface mentioned in his Nobel speech in 2020.
