New 28 GeV particle found in the LHC?

By chance, In my Topological Transformable Rigid String model, there exist two particles with a 2 compound combinations of 2 North and 2 South topologies. respectively 2x ROU and 2x LOU coding earlier called Glueballs. Which of them represent the North or South monopole particle is not clear to me.

(Found in the Lubos Motl Blog.) see: https://motls.blogspot.com/2021/08/both-atlas-cms-it-may-look-like-new.html

This seems an extra support for magnetic monopoles.
