Are Warp Drives Science Now?

All motion of plasma-dust Nebula in space and Ball Lightning propulsion, seems the result of new physics trapped space Horizons ( R.Penrose) and around Interference based Micro Black Holes. (a la Hawking)
Even the splitting black hole propulsion after the big bang can be called Warp driven.
