Abstract, 

According to the new Q-FFF Model, A Ball Lightning is the same as a micro Dark Matter Black Hole equipped with a micro string Knot nucleus compressed by the oscillating Axion vacuum spaceframe (fluxtubes) with a variable Planck Length around black holes. 
It is supposed to be variable by the vacuum spaceframe consumption of all black holes.

As a consequence, it is assumed, that the lightspeed is variable between Galaxies and stabilized by massive objects like Galaxy and Stellar Anchor Black Holes (GABHs) outside and inside these systems. (Fig 1)

As a consequence, Professor Roger Penrose is right about our Cyclic Universe however, the Q-FFF model however suggests: it should be able to collapse and explode again via a Huge Black Hole Knot singularity.(fig 2)

To surpass and other universal problems, there must be consciousness inside our universe which is still not understood, but explained by the Q-FFF model..

In Q-FFF Theory I assume that other well known scientists found traces of it but did not take an entangled mirror raspberry multiverse responsible. (example: professor Benjamin Libet: Neuro scientist 1916-2007- USA and John Cramer 1934, USA.)

However in addition, many Galaxy systems are equipped with a  disc shaped system, which seems to be controlled by two or more distant external former Herbig Haro black holes, ( GABHs) just like all planetary systems around stars, seem to be controlled (SABHs: Stellar Anchor Black Holes) .

Both Black Holes (SABHs and GABHs, are still not accepted by mainstream physics. However both black hole locations  are sometimes discovered as Globular clusters at long distance and perpendicular to the planetary disc and at the polar axis.  (figure 5.)

These ancient dual Herbig Haro black holes influence the vacuum structure located in between and around  them, which seems to be based on an oscillating space frame of fluxtubes  of tetrahedral structure with an internal variable Planck length around each black hole and between space frame nodes with the lattice form of pyrochlore crystals creating a Hexagonal structure for light like laser light .(Figure 4.)

Introduction,

 1,  The LIGO speed of black hole merger signals we observe, are dependent of the local ( galaxy) vacuum stability and local mass. However it was Tom van Flandern who measured a controversial instant speed of gravity into the direction of the sun. As a consequence there seem to be three kinds of Quantum pressure gravity by opposing colliding vacuum particles called Axions. (Frank Wilczek)

a: Dual Opposing Pushing gravity, with the local speed of light opposing the instant speed created by vacuum particle transformation by mass.

b: The instant gravity speed into the sun by local pressure of the oscillating vacuum (measured by Tom van Flandern)

c,: The merger lightspeed gravity waves found by LIGO is assumed to be variable by local Planck length variation of the vacuum lattices which ia influenced by the mass es of the local SABHs and GABHs. This is assumed to be the origin of the uncertainty of the Hubble redshift measurements.

However it is also a sign for a different view on the expansion of the universe, leading to suggestions of a cyclic universe ( suggested by Roger Penrose) or even cyclic multiverse.

2: The vacuum has frontal resistance acceleration at the backside of each spinning Fermion,

which is the origin of the speed and contraction of all masses (John S Bell)

3: Black holes attract all bosons and the vacuum Axions, but repel all propeller shaped Fermions outside the Roger Penrose "trapped Horizon"  where they create new charged Fermion plasma, which in our universe always is negative charged at the outside of the black hole. Comets are also assumed to be energized by micro black holes ( like ball lightning do) carrying also negative charged at the outside and positive at the inside of the plasma globule.
