The origin of 2e law violation around small black holes like Ball Lightning Comets and Herbig Haro systems.

The Dark Energy of the oscillating Vacuum Strings seems to be the origin of the violation also known as Casimir effect around two metal plates, close to each other,

The curvature of a black hole light horizon seems to be active as a string vacuum collider, able to create pairs of Lepton even Quarks particles outside the horizon and pushed away  into some equilibrium often in disc form.

The chiral tetrahedron  structure of the vacuum lattices ( fluxtubes) is assume to be right handed ( chiral) which  has preference for right handed propeller leptons and  fermions.

conclusion:

The created plasma horizon around each black hole is negative charged at the outside and positive ( quarks) charged at the inside. (see image) 

The Trapped String colliding space horizon. a combination of the Penrose trapped spacetime horizon and the Vuyk- Propeller shaped Fermion system. called the Penrose Vuyk Black hole.
