According to Q-FFF Theory, only two aligned black holes (called: SABH) with equal size seem to be able to form a new star or (small see: around Sagittarius A) dust ball in between.

The origine of jets with shock fronts seems to be the linear vacuüm polarisation connection line between the two SABHs (Stellar Anchor Black Holes: Q-FFF Model), as the origine of the jet, guiding different photons: x-ray light EM etc.
