 The Cold String Big Bang Splitted into Multiple Penrose-Q-FFF Model based String Black Hole Tadpoles with propulsion plasma tail forming Herbig Haro based Stars and Galaxies.
Not only after the Big Bang, but in the whole universe, even at smallest scales: Starspots, and even Ball lightning seem to be propelled by plasma tails self created by the magic  "Penrose-Q-FFF model, out of the string (Axion) vacuum. (Q-FFF= Quantum Function Follows Form of strings) 

The self propelled black hole Tadpole phenomenon, is observed later in the whole universe for star formation and even as micro black hole based Comet, Starspot or Ball Lightning.

This White Hole however does not consume but repel Fermions  by the oscillating string polarized vacuum at the center. preliminary Conclusion: The New physics Quasar seems to be an early form of Star Galaxy production between Herbig Haro Anchor Black Holes. able to create and eject newly formed stars and even black holes.
