The first Intermediate Black Hole found inside M4 Starcluster of the Milky Way.

According to Q-FFF Theory, Intermediate Black Hole like the M4 Black Hole, fits nicely into the String Black Hole system called 2e, 3e- or smaller  Galaxy Anchor Black Holes (GABHs) being the remnants of the proto -dual Herbig Haro system of one of the GABHs of the earlier merger galaxies of the Milky way, left behind as Star cluster. M4. see:  "Hubble hunts for intermediate-sized black hole close to home."

Not only overdensities but also Dark Spots seem to be originated by the evaporating and splitting black hole system of the big bang.
