Starclusters seem to be Remnants of small Galaxy Mergers often located outside the Milky Way Growing the Central Galaxy Bulge. (Q-FFF Model.)

Electric Birkeland Black Clouds found around the Polar star black holes.?
Even the Milky Way is equipped with two polar Starclusters (1e GABH, see below: Ursa Minor with Polaris) each cluster is gravitational bound by the former Dual Herbig Haro Bowshock Black Hole system, responsible for the Birkeland Electric current carousel, the axial Femi Bubble system and the Galaxy disc formation.
Below:
An cross section through the milky way and Andromeda galaxy showing the latest  Starcluster distribution. from the 1e GABH ect. seemingly able to grow both galaxies into an elliptical formed galaxy.
Why? Each merger starcluster system is equipped with Fermi bubble based bulge growing system between the two Galaxy Anchor Black Hole based starclusters. (GABHs)

Integrated Flux Nebula around the Polaris star, a support for the Herbig Haro Electric Birkeland Carousel of the solar system?
Observing the newly formed negative charged Fermion clouds created by the polar black hole, feeding the Solar system??

Below, the same electric Herbig Haro  system of Cygnus A galaxy.
