What is a New Physics Penrose-Q-FFF black hole and How can it make a star cluster or Dual Black Hole Herbig Haro system with a White Hole?

The Penrose-Q-FFF Model repelling all baryons into a charged plasma  cloud with a negative charge outside to create the so called Birkeland  current system around stars.

The Q-FFF Theory is a Topological String Theory with  torus strings twisted by three hinges into different Calabi Yau manifolds. (below)

Below, The White Hole in the middle of two SABHs is a dilution point of the local vacuum with gravity concentration effects on plasma.

Star Clusters are made
1:around  complex Galaxies by former merger Herbig Haro 1st,2nd,3rd etc. GABHs (see below:  Galaxy Anchor Black Holes)
2: around the ''left over black holes'' not able to find an equal sized dual Herbig Haro black hole to form a star/galaxy. (called Universe Breakers) or inside the older universe.
