Why Black Holes Accrete Matter and Eject Perpendicular Massive Plasma Jets? A new Penrose-Q-FFF Theory is needed. See arrow image below, forming the Jet out of the plasma Disc. So: The Black Hole does not eat Fermions, but redirect self created fermions at the Trapped Space Horizon of the disc, into the Jet.
