Red and Dead Galaxies, What is the Origin? the Hierarchy differences of central Black Holes, impossible to form axial symmetric Herbig Haro starforming systems

Below: Black hole hierarchy differences observed through the cross section of galaxies. The Different black hole sizes seem the origine of the impossibility to form axial symmetric Herbig Haro systems , able to form stars in the middle.

We observe three diameters of Galaxy Black Holes 1:One or two Super heavy Bhs in the middle , 2: A lot of smaller Bhs around the center, which are  unable to form Herbig Haro large stars due to the attraction  difference with the central super BHs. 3: a lot of intermediate Bhs around the center, still able to form Herbig Haro stars, also called Tadpole stars, fast  travelling through the universe pushed by a plasma tail, unable to find an equal member for Herbig Haro star/ galaxy formation.
