Large dual Black Hole systems make larger Galaxies or stars.
Conclusion the variable field of splitted new Black Holes of different sizes, direct after the Big Bang, together with the dual  Black Hole selection only with EQUAL  sizes, to create Herbig Haro systems, seems to be responsible for different periods of star and Galaxy formation in the univers.
So the Heavy Herbig Haro systems and the Tadpole self propelling Black Holes, come first !! Visible by The JWST as the first red dots often also as dual red dots. for Herbig Haro systems.
