The first Idea of Penrose was: 

 the Black ring around the Black Hole in the drawing he shows, is presenting a tarpped space sphere. around the black hole of compressed or trapped space.

However, my Q-FFF Theorty says: this ring is comparable with a micro LHC collider in Geneva, creatin lots of plasma out of the Axion Vacuum. (= Dark Energy)

The result: Micro black holes or ball lightnings are the same as very hot plasma creating micro black holes ,
