Variable Hubble red shift, by the long distance related High Mass objects redshift effect.

  Black holes ( Dark Matter/High Mass objects) seems to lengthen the local Planck length around all dark matter small and large.  According to Q-FFF Theory, this is suggested for the variable observed Hubble speed. Conclusion: the universe could be expanding and contracting at the same time. Even contracting after the Big bang into a Big Crunch.  see also the Bouncing Universe.see,
