Starclusters seem to be Remnants of small Galaxy Mergers often located outside the Milky Way Growing the Central Galaxy Bulge. (Q-FFF Model.)

Electric Birkeland Black Clouds found around the Polar star black holes.?

Even the Milky Way is equipped with two polar Starclusters (1e GABH, see below: Ursa Minor with Polaris) each cluster is gravitational bound by the former Dual Herbig Haro Bowshock Black Hole system, responsible for the Birkeland Electric current carousel, the axial Femi Bubble system and the Galaxy disc formation.

B: the explosion into smaller String nuclei or Chunks called Dark Matter Black holes, able to form Herbig Haro system of two equal sized repelled Tadpole Black Holes with hot star formation and Jets in between,
