Stephen Hawkings black hole old proposal was right but too complex for math, to be accepted by others.

 The Q-FFF Theory Black Hole has a compact string knot nucleus, able to split in two halves by the attack of one much smaller Black Hole. (see Sprite Eagle nebula below)

The two equal black holes are able to form a dual Herbig Haro systems with space deformation and plasma concentration with star forming (later a galaxy) in between.

Evidence for a Fermion Creating and Repelling New Physics Black Hole in Herbig Haro systems .

 Evidence for mass creating Herbig Haro systems out of the polarized vacuum, by  Fermion Repelling New Physics Black Holes. 

 Bow shock outflow velocity differences between the leading black hole (bow shock) and the secondary smaller Fermion plasma hotspots are the tell tales.  The black hole (O) is proving it by the smallest relative velocity in the system.  The BH is come to an equilibrium with its opposite BH with the local spacetime polarization. According to Q-FFF Theory, Around each galaxy there should be so called primary dual black holes, as the remnant of the former Herbig Haro ( bow shock/ black hole) system.  The origin is also called External Galaxy Anchor Black Holes or Dark Matter Point sources, responsible for strong gravity lenses and UDGs.       (below)
