What we don't know exactly:

1 The lightspeed is variable and stabilized by massive objects like the Sun and Planets influencing the vacuum which seems to be an oscillating Axion strings between variable Planck spaced nodes with tetrahedral lattice structure. 

The LIGO speed of black hole merger signals are dependent of the local ( galaxy) vacuum stability and local mass influences. As a consequence there are three kinds of gravity: a: Pushing gravitons with the speed of light created by vacuum particle transformation by mass. b: The instant gravity speed by local pressure of the oscillating vacuum ( Tom van Flandern) c,: The merger lightspeed gravity waves found by LIGO by local Planck length variation of the vacuum lattices , see: THIS 

2: The vacuum has frontal resistance combined with acceleration at the backside of each spinning Fermion, which is the origin of the speed and contraction of all masses (John S Bell) see: THIS

3: Black holes attract everything, but repel mass outside the Roger Penrose "trapped Horizon" where they create new Fermions. plasma, dust and ice like Comets do, out of the vacuum by Axion string transformation.. 

4: Sunspots are crashed Comets, which represent interference micro Black holes creating plasma and often an ice crust, like Sprites or large Ball lightnings winch are accelerated by a pushing plasma tails. 

5: Consciousness (see Veto Free Will of Benjamin Libets RPI and RPII) is created by the semi- instant entangled mirror universes with 8 or 12 mirror symmetric by entangled (see: John Cramers TI: Transactional Interpretation) bubbles in Raspberry form, which seems also responsible for Uncertainty and Inertia of Lorentz polarized propeller shaped Fermion masses. 

6: Equal sized black holes (Super Nova- or small Interference black holes) do not merge but form Herbig Haro systems with two plasma jets perpendicular to the center, which concentrate plasma in between, to for a star and  later can form a central black hole as start of a disc galaxy. 

7: Magnetism and Electricity are each based on the cooperation of two monopole photon strings. for Pigeons, Robins etc etc. to locate on the earth magnetic field. 

8: Each black hole has a stable string knot nucleus and growing in size by the input of vacuum strings. The Ball Lightning has the smallest (unstable) string knot nucleus. 

9: The electron shell around the atom nucleus has the shape of a layered ball with a polar electron as a polar axis. 

10: The shape of the Oort cloud and the Kuiper belt packed with comets and asteroids is influenced by the SABHs ( dual Stellar Anchor Black Holes) being the remnants of both Herbig Haro black holes forming stars in the middle. Free Energy from the vacuum between two new physics black.

The evidense that two nequal sized black holes does not merge but form  Herbig Haro system for star formation and electric currents in the universe even the galaxy.

The Dark Matter Higgs particles comparable to the smallest Black Holes or WIMPs.

According to Quantum FFF Theory, Electric dark matter black holes, even in the form of microscopic, produced by magnetic quantum interference, produce plasma and water and are proliferated through stellar systems, such as unstable Ball Lightning up to stable Comets and Sunspots (crashed electric Comets). 

As a consequence, crashed comets in the earth are responsible for the volcanism and the base for so called “growing Earth” by its growing compressed water core, as a base for quarks and as such H2 and O and more complex atoms. 

Comet 67P CG, (Churyumov-Gerasimenko) seems to be a unique test bed for this theory.

The New String Particle Paradigm of Q-FFF Theory.

Why an Alternative Cosmological Paradigm based on a Fermion Repelling Black Hole will change the world.

A new relatively simple visual based Cosmology.
According to Quantum FFF Theory, (Q-FFF) The Big Bang was the explosion of a large unstable Giant String Knot Nucleus Black Hole, into smaller splinter BHs (also coined evaporating white holes) and also into single string based oscillating Axion vacuum lattice of tetrahedral (silicon) arranged fluxtubes.

The splinter product is: Chunks of smaller black hole string knots, which are stable and non stable in continuous balance with the evolving vacuum pressure (Casimir effect) of the oscillating Axion particles. see image (1)
Each Axion vacuum particle is able by collision with Fermions, to deform shape into other singular strings called monopole bosons, (creating Quantum eigenvalues).
Examples are: all radiation pressure photons or monopole boson radiation such as Gluons, Light, Gravity, 2x Magnetic- (N+S) and 2x Electric (+/-) charge bosons.
However, all universal forces are compounded out of two opposite collisions of single vacuum Axions with single Bosons.
The collision differences between vacuum Axions and opposite bosons seems the origin of pressure or attraction forces on fermion particles, like dual pressure gravity, electric and magnetic forces.
The Higgs is assumed to be a compounded 4x photonic or 3x magnetic boson knot, and base for all more complex black holes like Ball Lightning, Comets and Sunspots.
The compound micro black hole based ball lightning is a great support for the existence of different shapes of string bosons, able to form ball lightning string knots.
So Laser light bosons from four directions and magnetic bosons of lightning from three directions seem able to create compound microscopic black hole ball lightning, supporting such a string knot theory as Q-FFF Theory.
Inside the NIF (Livermore) photonic interference plant some tweaked ball lightning alike nuclei are spotted already.
Magnetic interference of multiple lightning strokes seems the origin of unstable ball lightning in nature, which is able to split into smaller also unstable nuclear pieces.
The nucleus of ball lightning micro black hole, shows differences in stability and even shows a splitting process.
Such a splitting process is also observed of Comet nuclei crashing into planets like Jupiter and into the sun forming sunspots. (Shoemaker-Levi 9 comet in 1994 broke apart)

All black holes seem to repel fermions outside the so called Penrose- Q-FFF Horizon, creating pairs of fermions and charged plasma out of the vacuum by the Axion collision of the trapped space vacuum horizon,

The solution for the Cyclic Universe by the Half Rigid Flexible Transformer Particle

Unstable Ball Lightning is  able to split into smaller unstable multiple nuclei.

Conclusion for very small energy plants we need constant laser support ignition 

to harvest infinite energy.
