Explanation:
According to Q-FFF model: we observe a merger of two Dual Black Hole Herbig Haro systems with two Birkeland Current System Carousel with one or two close White Holes (Q-FFF) in the middle .

A White Hole is assumed to be the focussing center between the two distant equal sized black holes of a Herbig Haro system creating stars and galaxies in the middle by Fermion production at each black hole distributed through the system by the Birkeland Electric plasma system as the main origin of the Radio bubbles.

IF two equal sized Herbig Haro systems merge, they tend to become perpendicular to each others central axis, which seems the origin of the complex 8 shape of the radio system.

Only three of the six ORCs seem to contain a central galaxy.

Q-FFF model says: the speed of galaxy formation is minimal by the complexity of the Birkeland Current system and two perpendicular rotational systems not creating a clear spiral plasma disc forming stars and later galaxies..
