Equal Sized Dual NEW Q_FFF Black Holes seem to find each other by the local gravity distribution of larger Black Holes created by the BH splitting Big Bang., and forming the Bar with star formation in between.

If both BHs come too close, they seem to be repelled from each other as so called Tadpole Black Holes creating plasma tails, able to push the black hole away from the strongest local garavity center.
