Two equal sized splitted black holes needed for Herbig Haro systems with two bow shock repelling black holes with star formation in between..
For Herbig Haro Systems it seems to be needed to start with two exact equal sized black holes.
One of such a process seems to be mostly possible by Black Hole Splitting.
This means that a small black holes of a certain ratio will not been eaten by the larger black hole but it will bounce and split the larger black hole in two equal sized BHs, able to form two bowshocks of a Herbig Haro System.
Look at the Resulting ratios of Herbig Haro BHs: 1.0x1.0.
For possible splitting Bhs to form equal Herbig Haro BH, should have also a boundary: 1.0 // 1.9?>>
For ratios of merger Bhs : 1.0 // 50? without splitting, only merging.

Two ways to form a Galaxy by approaching equal ized Herbig haro Black Holes.
Below we see some merger black holes with mass differences.
Roughly spoke, the largest difference is: 7:14
The smallest is: 7:11, 25:32?
Even NGC 326 seems to be based on two equal sized Black Hole based dark matter nuclei, not able to merge and form a "BAR"in between, just like a Herbig Haro system..
