Although our galaxy's supermassive black hole is relatively placid, the center of the Milky Way wherein it resides is not a placid place. Its extreme location is rife with what can best be described as shenanigans on an epic scale.

Each Black Hole plasma disc is assumed to have opposite charged plasma rings. (In the  Q.FFF theory .) Negative charged plasma at the outside of the disc and positive charge at the inside of the plasma Disc.

So, the Bullet Clusters passing each other could have only some electric attraction,  however  , according to the Q-FFF Theory, the main Dark Matter content of the both overschoting clusters, has fewer mass than the Fermionic content. which seems to be the origin of the left behind Dark Matter  content ( left behind afer connection) observed in the middel of the splitting and merging galaxy Bullet Clusters.

As a second consequence, there could be observed

an overnumber of Herbig Haro system in the left behind darkmatter cloud.

By the mixing effect of different sized dark matter blavk holes , equal sized Bhs seem to look for each other. Single Bhs become accelerated Tadpole black hole are still traveling .

Wow! Did We Just Live Through an Actual Carrington Event? Maybe...Q-FFF Theory says: Sunspots are micro Black holes or former Tadpole Black Holes.
