The  Vacuum seems to be  able to form all Plasma Gas into fully Repelled Jets- and different charged Disc rings. (according to Quantum-FFF Theory.) by the entropy decrease of Fermionic matter, based on the propeller shape of Stringy Fermions in combination with a oscillating Vector vacuum.

Even for star formation we need two Herbig Haro Black Holes ( below)
