Variable rotation curves of different Galaxies explained by different sized Galaxy Anchor Black Holes

1: the vacuum is filled with oscillating network of primordial Rigid Transformer Strings, called Axions, able to form all other particles after transforming collisions, even form microscopic black holes by compound or even merger ( black holes) activities.
2: The smallest mergers seem to be stable comet and Sunspot nuclei.
3: If the galaxy is filled with a network of such black holes up to larger Supernova Bhs, then we may assume some sort of Supersolid gravitating dark matter cloud around the galaxy.
4:  If black hole nuclei of the same size are able to form dual hotspot Herbig Haro systems, with star/ galaxy formation in between, then the dark matter cloud has become an axis with a disc in between.
Then I assume there is enough complex reason for the magic rotational speeds of galaxies.
