It seems as if each star or galaxy is created by a dual black hole based Herbig Haro system, influencing the space between the two black hole poles.

Herbig Haro systems, with dual bow shock black holes seem to create Birkeland currents and even plasma like Cygnus A, feeding the galaxy in the middle.

Even early stars and galaxies seem to be created by such a system.

The Old Penrose/ Trapped space horizon around each black hole could be the origin, representing a trapped vacuum axion collider with pair production.

Do they have equal size? Black Holes of equal size are different, they are cosmic Casimir gravity/ electric generators.

 Do they have equal size (difference <15%) ? then it is the start of a new star in the middle of the Herbig Haro system. After the cold Black Hole Big Bang, the start of Galaxies resembles the same system. see the first 1998 indications on paper of Halton Arp:

Why only equal sized black holes repel each other?
