In Quantum FFF Theory, the vacuum ether lattice is assumed to be equipped with a sea of tetrahedral lattices of oscillating Axion fluxtubes connected between information translation points or nodes, in space also represented as a crystal (or time crystal, as promoted by Frank Wilczek)
The length of the fluxtubes also ( Q-FFF Theory) is the same as Planck scale, can vary, which is depending on the distance of the nearby vacuum consuming black holes and other masses like the earth ( micro black holes or macro black holes) influencing the local gravity.
An atom or Cesium atom in space feels the number of Axion oscillations, which is the basis for the local time reproduced by the Cesium atom inside your watch.
Around a black hole, the Cesium crystal molecule watch will come to a halt, because the atoms are forced to become elliptic and fall apart by the decrease and increase of the Planck length at the edges of the black hole. ( see images)
Around the earth, or massive object, the Cesium crystals are not falling apart, but will shape itself like a pear shape pointing its smaller nose side into the direction of the motion through the vacuum lattice, which influences the Caesium oscillations with the known time influencing result.

S Cesium atom in motion through the Axion vacuum lattice will also point its nose into the direction of the flight by the "pear shaped polarization" of each Fermion , which is pushed from behind through the oscillating vacuum lattice in equilibrium with each other, until there is acceleration or breaking action related to the local vacuum lattice.
