Abstract,
According to the new Q-FFF Model, the lightspeed is variable between Galaxies and stabilized by massive objects like Galaxy Anchor Black Holes (GABHs) outside and inside these systems.
As a consequence, Professor Roger Penrose is right about our Cyclic Universe able to collapse and explode again.
However to surpass and other universal problem there must be consciousness inside our universe which is still not understood.
In Q-FFF Theory I assume that other well known scientists found traces of it but did not take an entangled mirror raspberry multiverse responsible. (professor Benjamin Libet: Neuro scientist 1916-2007- USA and John Cramer 1934, USA.)

However, some Star systems are equipped with a disc shaped Planetary system, which seems to be also controlled by two or more distant external former Herbig Haro black holes, (SABHs: Stellar Anchor Black Holes) .
Both Black Holes (SABHs and GABHs, are still not accepted by mainstream physics. However both black hole locations are sometimes discovered as hotspots at long distance and perpendicular to the planetary disc and at the polar axis. (figure 3.)
These ancient dual Herbig Haro black holes influence the vacuum structure located in between and around them, which seems to be based on an oscillating space frame of fluxtubes of tetrahedral structure with an internal variable Planck length between space frame nodes with the lattice form of pyrochlore crystals creating a Hexagonal structure for light like laser light .(Figure 2.)
Conclusion: Dark Matter black holes is NOT matter but string stuff, Gravitating but mass less string stuff.!! Surprise!!! Figure 1, The Mechanical entangled mirror copy multiverse.

However m Q-FFF Theory says that the vacuum is eaten by all growing black holes combined with all pressure gravity at the black hole string knot nuclei. to decrease the universal diameter, for the big Crunch of Black Holes into only ONE BH. which explaodes again due to the decreasing gravity pressure on this nucleus to form the big bang..see below (5)
