If all BH chunks are evaporated and found a stable Herbig Haro partner, the universe has no reason to grow in size and start to contract.
However all BHs are eating the axion vacuum Axion string lattice, elongating the local Planck length. So the variable Planck length is also the origin that early photons from far away, are more redshifted by the travel along the diluted vacuum.
