First the we could flatten the extreme local heat or cold areas by influencing local air pressure areas by free energy floating on water. (wind wave solar energy)
Global Warming compensated by Local Air Cooling combined with Gulfstream heating by Local floating wind/wave free energy Units,could be useful.
It is well known, that the decrease of the warm Gulfstream by cooling could be the sign for a new ice age in the Northern hemisphere.
At the same time the Global warming has to be tackled as soon as possible.
Proposal: wind wave driven energy plants floating at the Gulfstream at sea, cooling the local air and heating the gulfstream, or at other local seas could be useful
