The still not recognized Dual Polar Star/Galaxy Anchor Black Holes (Penrose-Q-FFF BHs, former Herbig Haro BHs) are the real creators of all Fermion Plasma clouds and the real motor of the local polarized oscillating Axion String Vacuum.( Q-FFF model).
So, the REFRACTION effect of light created by the Plasma clouds, has to be accounted in addition of Gravitational Lensing, around Stars and Galaxies equipped with such dual Anchor Black Holes, postulated to be the producers of all plasma and central stars.
Single Stars without planets and without plasma clouds and dual BHs, are assumed to be ejected out of the dual Anchor BH Stars and lack the creation of Plasma.
The New non- SM, Penrose-Q-FFF Black Holes are postulated to create and repel fermions, by its compressed space-time horizon, out of the oscillating Axion Vacuum Lattice..
As a consequence all Planetary stars and Galaxies are stuffed with plasma clouds resulting into extra REFRACTION Lensing effects on light rays.
Conclusion, singular stars created out of growing planetary stars, show less Light Lensing effect, only gravitational lensing should accounted for and absence of Refraction lensing.
