According to Quantum FFF Theory, the Big Bang was the splitting of a former (Big Crunch Black Hole(s) based Singularities) of a former universe (or even Multiverse?)
That means that: that the BH splitting after the big bang, should also create secondary binary black hole merger Gravity Waves, of these smaller Singularity BHs, This phenomenon could be found in the so called Detection of long frequency BACKGROUND HUMM.
Secondly, according to Q-FFF Theory, Black Holes, and Super Massive Black Holes (SMBHs) also showing a negative charge, they both repel each other, if they are binaries of about the same size. (forming Herbig Haro systems with plasma bars in between pushing them into 1 parsec. distance.
Conclusion: this is supposed the origin of the 1 parc second constant distant of DUAL SMBHs. which is called a conundrum!!
So: Problem solved. conclusion: All SMBHs seem to degradate eventualy into 1parcec distant SMBH binaries. Transforming the multiple universal BHs into two BIG CRUNCH Black holes. creating a dual ENTANGLED BLACK HOLE BIG BANG. leaving a (12 fold?) raspberry Multiverse behind after MULTIVERSE INFLATION!!

However, if a third earlier smallest black hole meet the other dual BH system as intruder, the a Axion-Higgs field vacuum becomes in disorder and the smallest BH will be eaten leaving two BHs behind.

In the Inflation epoch, the black hole splitting should form gravity waves with short frequencies.
The later merging of BHs and also the forming of Dual Herbig Haro star forming systems and later merging Galaxy central BHs could have much longer frequencies.
This is partly the new physics of the Q-FFF Theory.
