The dual Gravito /Vacuum pressure on black holes and normal stuff. combined with the absolute speed of the atoms in the vacuum seem to shape all nuclei to become Inertia
So the deformation of the forme of each nucleus is the origin of the Nuclear Atomic Inertia of the object.
Just like a Ball lightning micro black hole nucleus, which shows not to have much inertia because it is propelled by its self produced plasma tail guided by the upcoming wind.

The Black Hole Nucleus seems to be a globular nucleus.
But Baryonic matter has pointed nuclei to show inertia, able to deform into a different shape.
