What happens around z>1 early Radio galaxies and Quasars? 
Quantum FFF Theory says:
The big bang was the splitting of a huge rigid string based ( new physics) black hole nucleus, compressed by the decreasing vacuum.  SO: z>1 early Radio Galaxies and Quasars represent the early splitting and pairing into HH system results of the big bang black hole..

The symbiosis may be more extreme in the distant universe, as far-infrared photometry with the Herschel Space Observatory has found many cases of ultra-luminous cool dust emission in z>1 radio galaxies and quasars, which could have its origin in the central black hole activity, or in extreme starbursts. 
We here present strong evidence for an extreme circumnuclear starburst in the z=1.439 quasar 3C298. Our unparalleled 0.18 arcsecond resolution ALMA image at rest-frame 410micrometer wavelength shows that the ~40K dust in its host galaxy resides in an asymmetric circumnuclear structure. 
The morphology of this structure implies a starburst origin and a symbiotic physical relation with the AGN driven radio source. 
The symbiosis is likely to be a general property of distant massive galaxies."

Dark Matter Bridges between galaxies show less inertia effect..

The fact that these two galaxies did not merge, is reason to assume that the dark matter bridge is torn out by mutual gravity effects, of both galaxies, perhaps combined with the spacetime absorption of dark matter black holes  .
A second indication that dark matter is massless or has less inertia, but equipped with gravity effects.

Conclusion:  for the dark matter clumping in between three galaxy clusters ( below) they also did not merge already, but will definitely merge in the future.

 Dark Matter (= black holes) has different or even NO inertia  !! but still show gravitational spacetime curvature effects.

If we just like Bohm accept that the univers is UNDIVIDED ( see his book "The Unidivided Universe") but also that the mind of everything is nonlocal, then the question arises how non local? However, we also need symmetry ( unitarity) for to gain non locallity in the universe, thus, where has the anti material universe ( with charge Parity symmetry) gone?

Some sort of a Multiverse comes over the horizon, I would call it : Raspberry or Blackberry Multiverse with an even set of entangled CP mirror-symmetric universal bubbles.

Abstract,
The origin of “dead” galaxies according to Quantum FFF Theory, is assumed to be based on very stable external dark matter black hole configuration with a growing internal central dark matter black hole, growing by smaller super nova black hole mergers (not by Fermion merger mass) and absence of neighboring galaxy merger potential.
According to Quantum FFF Theory, early Galaxies have growing potential by the number and size of external primordial dark matter black holes initially formed as big bang splinters able to pair into Quasars with stars-galaxies in between the dual black hole hotspots, called Galaxy Anchor Black Holes ( GABHs) which can merge with other galaxy-systems into complex spirals and elliptical.

Irregular galaxies and Dwarf galaxies are supposed to be the result of secondary star forming interaction between GABHs after a merging process..
Later after Supernova black hole production these smaller black holes are able to pair as hotspots or “bow shocks” into Herbig Haro open star cluster systems,.
If no galaxy merger candidates are available in the neighborhood, the galaxy will soon reach a maximum size and die. Some Elliptic galaxies die also by reaching maximum merger potential.
Also according to Quantum FFF ( Function Follows Form) Theory, all star forming molecular clouds are the result of one or more Herbig Haro systems, equipped with so called dual hotspots which are assumed to be the result of dual new physics “electric dark matter black holes” in contrast with general accepted black hole theories.

Only 40 Percent Dark Matter Black Holes are found by astrophysicists.?

Quantum FFF Theory says: In prindiple, there are three types of dark matter black Holes: 1: primordial Big Bang Bhs, 2: supernova BHs and 3: stellar radiation interference based Comet/Sunspot dark matter black holes..
Merger black holes  should come as 4th type of dark matter.
However , the article below says: no more than 40 percent of the dark matter needed can be found by primordial BHs.
