Comets seem to be Interference micro Dark Matter Black Holes described as Fermion repelling (Penrose -Q-FFF) Black holes able to form Comet ice out of the Rigid transformer String vacuum.

Ben Harris concluded from a high-precision study of the motions of GPS, Galileo and GLONAS satellites that the mass of the Earth is 0.005% to 0.008% greater than the value established by the International Astronomical Union [56] .

DM rings are possible. Q-FFF Theory however says: this ring is originated by the internal crashed micro black hole Comet ring ( or Dark Matter ring) inside the earth.just like the sun has..

Moreover, GPS satellites are orbiting around the Earth on circular orbits of radius r and specific inclinations (like 55˚) with respect to the equatorial plane of the Earth. The declination will thus vary and the velocity. According to (13), the additional central force would vary like. Since the average value is positive, it accounts for the apparent increase of the mass M of the Earth. 

If these satellites were passing through the equatorial DM disk, they would even be 
accelerated just before entering it and decelerated just after leaving it.

However, Due to the space curvature ring around the earth, there is only ebb but no flow at the poles, because of the absence of the moon pressure reduction on the water, which is located around the equator with minimal rising water influence at the poles leading to anomalies.

Conclusion: Tom van Flandern was half right (according to Q-FFF Theory).

Q-FFF Theory says:  the gravitational solar well is created by the Fermion pushing Axion oscillating vacuum lattice focused on the sun and mainly absorbed by both SABHs with the sun located in the middle.

In other words, The vacuum based gravity pressure on the sun is instant (like a gravity well) because guided by the dual polar solar SABHs system (the former Herbig Haro dual black holes star forming system).

However the smaller numbers of left over vacuum strings, coming out of the sun after bouncing with the sun's Fermions and transfer into all eigenvalues of gluons/ photons, etc,   will show the local speed of light., which is still a support for Tom van Flandern's ideas, if gravity is a pressure force..

If the orbits of close binary stars are circular, and the light speed is NOT influenced by the speed of the stars, we have to expect that the light curves are symmetrical between moments of eclipse or even conjunction. However, This is mostly not the case and still an ongoing debate in astronomy and called the “O ‘Connell effect”. According to Quantum FFF Theory, however I assume that the local light speed around the stars is gravity related for a mass related distance from the source (star) called LASOF ellipsoid, (Local Asymmetrical Oscillating vacuum Frame) As a result the so called O ‘Connell effect can easily be explained as a logic result of additional redshift or blueshift by the local lightspeed variation. At the same time also planets should show such lightspeed extinction effects, which is already measured but not understood by I.I.Shapiro (see “radar astronomy” edition by Evans and Hagfors, 1964). As a consequence, Einstein’s Special relativity rules do not hold.

Abstract.

According to Quantum FFF Theory, Polarized Fermions (Nuclear Quarks) are supposed to be the

origin of non accelerated motion through the resistive oscillating vacuum (Axion) Higgs field.

Recent observations in the LHC do support the idea of Fermion polarization into a constant specific

space based direction, which could support the idea of a constant battle between a resistive vacuum

and polarized spinning propeller shaped Fermions pushed forward by the same vacuum at the same

time to compensate the resistance.

Even a so called Lorentz Fitzgerald contraction seem to be the logic result, which was described by

John Bell in his essay: “How to Teach Special Relativity”

The recently observed Axial symmetric pear shaped atom nuclei ( LHC) are an extra support for the

atomic interaction with a new massless oscillating Axion-Higgs vacuum reference frame postulated by

Quantum FFF Theory.

The Q-FFF Theory is a Kinematic and Telepathic theory, created by Transformer Particles guided by Multiverse telepathy.

The Hubble Sequence with opposite time, means New Fermion Repelling Black Holes.

However there are also so called "Isolated Local black holes"pro pulsed by plasma tails like ball lightning on earth. Reason all Black holes repel all fermion particles.
