In the new physics Q-FFF Model, the vacuum is depicted as an oscillating 3D Tetrahedral Space Frame between Nodes located at a variable Planck Distance, influenced by Distance Concentration around all black holes with a special concentration form, combined with a Dilution point (called a White Hole) in the middle of equal sized Herbig Haro Black Hole systems.
Vacuum Polarization is assumed DILUTING around a White Hole and CONDENSING around each Black Hole of the Herbig Haro system.
Vacuum Diluting seems the origin of the Star and Galaxy formation .
Two different sized black hole ejected from the big bang are able to eat each other!
However, two EQUALLY SIZED Herbig Haro Black Holes DO NOT eat each other.!.
They repel each other and form a dual extended Herbig Haro system and one White Hole in the middle, forming monster Hydrogen stars (between the first monster Black Holes) popping out of the white hole diluted vacuum center.
These H-stars are able to produce small equal sized dual Herbig Haro black holes for new Herbig Haro star formation by its (super) nova explosion of the massless Starspot black holes. (see The Hand of God, below.)

Small massless Comet black holes seem to be created by the star magnetic interference Micro Black Hole ejections.
Starspot black holes seem to be created by crashed Comets back into the mother star.
Conclusion; the origin of the Quenching or stopping intermediate star production seems to be originated by the few available starspots created by supernova spreading of new interference comet black holes in the quencing periode.
