Is the universe at a tipping point between expanding and contracting? going to a Big Crunch of the growing black holes merging into only One Black Hole singularity, the origin of the new Multiverse Big Bang?

Halton Arp, was the first to recognizes the relation between dual black Holes (QSO Quasars) at both sides of young galaxies and the following B-Lac galaxies.. (see; below: in his book "Seeing Red" 1998) Q-FFF theory called it the "Galaxy Anchor Black Holes" (GABHs or even SABHs for stars with planetary discs , like the sun)
However, the so called Penrose "trapped space horizon" around each black hole is the new phenomenon still not understood!! described by Q-FFF Theory. below. the Herbig Haro system.

The Multi-universe seems to violate the second rule of thermodynamics in physics.!!! by creating matter out of the virtual vacuum. at the Trapped Space Hoerizon of each Black Hole.
