According to Q-FFF Theory, this seems to be ( one of the 2e or 3e Southern Galaxy Anchor Black Holes! -45 degr.) central to the NGC 1851 starcluster The
inclination of -45 degrees, suggests that it is an old first (2e or 3e) GABH of an old merger galaxy of the Milky Way.

Below: the both SABHs as the origin of the Dual Herbig Haro Black Hole creators of central stars and the Birkeland dual electric current CAROUSSEL forming the globular Oort cloud and the Kuiper Belt disc including the dual Fermi bubbles. also descibed in the book of Halton Arp: SEEING RED. (1998)
See the dual SABHs (Stellar Anchor Black Holes) Comparable with the GABHs of different mergers, However a star seem to have only TWO SABHs. !!
SABHs are Not only for stars but also for galaxies !! (GABHs)
The NEW negative charged and Fermion repelling Black Hole of Q-FFF Theory inspired by Penrose trapped space horizon.
What are the closest starclusters around the sun?
Acoording to Q.FFF theory, these cluster black holes will shape the dark energy gravity pressure component, as a guide for the nord-south pole axis direction of the Birkeland current caroussel, the Heliosphere, the Oort cloud and the planetary disc of the solar system. The cluster M4 seems the closest at 6000 Ly. However, the Oortcloud has a diameter of max 3,2 loght years. conclusion, there should be two unresolved polar located single black holes at 3-4 Ly at least 2 polar locations. So, M4 and NGC1851 seem too be fare away to influence the solar polar heliosphere.
conclusion: perhaps the voyager stange signals recemtly found are correlated to this norhtern SABH. see:
