Why 1-Parsec SMBH (Super Massive  BH Binaries) DO NOT Merge.!! Because: All Black Holes are Negative charged  (see: Q-FFF Model below) So Binary SMBHs don't merge if they are of the about same SMBH size. So the entropy of SMBHs is going down, just as R. Penrose predicted for the whole universe.

So:  Entropy goes down due to  Black Hole growing by selective triple merging of SMBHs. and dual merging of different sized small BHs (LIGO) Equal sized dual SMBHs do not merge, without a third SMBH.

So: Problem solved. conclusion: All SMBHs seem to degradate eventualy into 1parcec distant SMBH binaries. However, if a third earlier smallest black hole meet the other dual BH system as intruder,  the a Axion-Higgs field vacuum  becomes in disorder and the smallest BH will be eaten  leaving two BHs behind.

Why? in addition: below; from 3 to 2 Bhs 3BHs will eat the third one.

In the Inflation epoch, the black hole splitting should form gravity waves with short frequencies.

The later merging of BHs and also the forming of Dual Herbig Haro star forming systems and later merging Galaxy central BHs could have much longer frequencies.

However, Equal sized and mass BHs seems to NOT MERGE at all but form starforming Herbig Haro systems. (below)
