New Collider experiment and a Methematical challenge to translate a new geometrical ( Polar Ring) system for magic numbered nuclei, into one formula.

New Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider experiment and a Mathematical challenge to translate a new geometrical (Polar Ring) system for magic numbered nuclei, into one formula.
If we imagine the magic numbered nuclei to have not only a symmetrical shell structure of the nucleon distribution, but also a symmetrical ring structure around a polar axis of nucleons, THEN new possibilities to do experiments and math arise.

NEW EXPERIMENT:A Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider ( like Brookhaven’s RHIC) should be able to show traces of this structure, if they are smashing Gold nuclei or other atom nuclei with different spin directions together.

As an example: if both nuclear spin states of opposite coming nuclei, are perpendicular oriented to the axis of motion, with a rotation possibility relative to each other, then perpendicular relative spin state will produce maximum debri products because of the statistical chance to be hit.

A logic geometrical solution for the Magic Numbers of Atom nuclei.

Being an architect, with medium math education, I must admit not to be able to bring these new Polar Ring atom-nucleon number sequences under ONE methematical formula.
