TWO equal sized Black Holes are needed to form a Herbig Haro dual hotspot system with star formation in between.This system later can evolve into a real galaxy, even with a central Black Hole growing by BH mergers. ( according to Quantum FFF theory)

However Q_FFF Theory says: ALL OF THE MATTER IS EJECTED INSTEAD !!! The massive central BH is supposed only to feed on smaller Black Holes.!!!
