Only Black Holes of the same size ( with max 15% difference according to LIGO) are able to reject each other and form star forming Herbig Haro systems wit dual "bowshock black holes".
Microscopic BHs are also known as Comet nuclei, Ionospheric comets, Sprites and Elves, Sunspots and all other Star spots, self propelled by self produced plasma tails: Proplyds ( Carina) and Tadpoles.

So: Just like the Big bang nucleus, all black holes seem to be able to split even large ball lightnings comets etc.c.
