A "Penrose-Vuyk Black Hole" has a nucleus of a string-knot, which is compressed by the inflow of oscillating vacuum string particles (Casimir effect) combined with pair (e-,e+) and fermion production, even strong Fermion repulsion (plasma) at the Penrose Horizon, into a plasma tail able to form a so called Proplyd accelerated by its plasma tail. see:
