It seems evidence of  Herbig Haro systems as the result of the Dark Matter Black Hole spitting and splitting black holes out of the Big Bang.

Each black hole will produce a pushing plasma tail, creating a tadpole Looking for an equal sized partner, to form a star/galaxy inside the dual Herbig Haro system.
